- 30 minute Skype (or phone) interview so that we can get to know each other. I will ask you about your goals, dietary restrictions, pre-existing medical conditions, medications, food preferences, workout preferences, struggles, concerns, and thoughts to tailor your plans to YOUR life.
- Custom meal guides tailored to your needs, wants, and preferences. I take the guess work out for you and create custom calculations and a plan that fits your goals.
- Custom macro calculations so you can see the numbers and have control over your food choices.
- Custom workout plans tailored to your specific goals (ie weight loss, muscle building, maintaining, etc…). Your workouts will compliment your meal plans to maximize results. Traveling for a few days? I’ll create a no-gym full body workout plan for those days that you’ll be on the road so that you don’t miss a beat!
- Supplement recommendations provides you with a custom list of recommended supplements based off of your needs.
- Bi-weekly check ins gives us a chance to discuss and evaluate your progress and make tweaks to your meal plans and workout plans.
